If I want to add grit texture to this process when do I apply it? To the epoxy or the clear coat and do I mix it in or sprinkle it on top ?
You do not mix grit into the coatings but you can broadcast it on top of the epoxy as soon as you are down applying while it is still wet and before it starts to harden. Similar to applying the flecks. You will need the spiked shoes to be able to walk on the epoxy.
What prep is needed for a brand new concrete floor? If I want beige, do I buy double product for 2 coats? What is the difference between battleship, Canadian French, and dark grays? Which is lightest?

Yes, twice as much for beige. Canadian is the lightest gray. You can see the colors on the color chart.
Hello, I am a Canadian resident living in Niagara Falls, Ontario CANADA. Where can I purchase your product near me?
I have approximately 450 square feet of garage flooring including concrete steps going down into my basement. Floor is 20 years old with a previous flooring paint in 2010 that I will be grinding off with a rented industrial sander. How much would I require for a generous coating and can I use a roller to apply? Can I integrate separate grit material into the pails before rolling? Thank you. I am comparing your product with 2 others in my area.
We sell online only. We can ship it to you. 3-Gallon Epoxy Kit coverage 380-480 sq. Ft. at 10 mils dft (dry film thickness). You cannot add grip into it but you can broadcast it on top of the epoxy as soon as you are done applying.

My garage is about 410 sq ft, according to your pic guide it suggests a 3 gallon and 1.5 gallon kits. Are you saying I can get away with just using the 3gallon kit? I am also planning to broadcast the flakes and add a top coat. So avoiding to spend money on another 1.5 gallons epoxy kit would be ideal for me.
You are borderline close. You could probably get away with 1 3-gallon kit but it varies on thick you apply the epoxy.
No, you will have to remove the current coating by grinding it off.
I need enough to complete my 24 + 32 (768 sq ft) garage floor. The garage floor is about 4 months old and is completely clean. How much product do I need?

My concrete garage is super slick when damp or wet. Is your epoxy slick or can something be added to ensure a non slip surface.
You can add the decorative flecks and or Shark Grip to the top coat of the epoxy for traction.
Interested in a durable coating for my 28 by 32 garage floor, it has radiant heat in the concrete would that cause problems in durability? Also the floor has some cracks and saw cuts to prevent cracking would they have to be filled before epoxy coating??and of course oil spots in various places?
Radiant heat is not an issue and while the epoxy will fill small hairline cracks, it will not fill larger sawn cuts. make sure to clean the floor first to remove the oil and then etch after to prep for the RAG Epoxy Coatings.
I am building a 42 x 56 three stall shop with in floor heat. How many gallons would I need to cover the entire floor and what other recommendations do you have? Thanks.
You would need 5-6 of the 3-gallons kits for 2352 sq. feet.

Make sure to prep first by etching the surface.
